You're paying for traffic. Something downstream is eating the return.
Most funnels don't have a traffic problem. They have a structure problem. Leads stall, handoffs drop, the follow-up never fires, and the revenue that should come back doesn't. The spend keeps going out either way.
We find where your funnel is leaking, name it, and show you what it's costing you.
Your four layers, measured before anyone touches the account.
Tracking truth-check
Do your pixel and server events agree, and do they agree with reality? We find where the numbers lie before we trust any of them.
Landing conversion review
Is your funnel qualifying or interrogating? We map where budget and scope should be captured and are not.
Speed-to-lead measurement
We time how long a real lead waits for a human response, and what happens to the ones who do not answer the first touch.
Ad account audit
Account structure, compliance exposure, and whether spend is mapped to offers or to reach.
A scored report, the single biggest leak, and what it is worth.
- 01A score for each of the four layers, plotted on your own system diagram.
- 02The single biggest leak, named and explained in plain terms.
- 03What fixing it is worth, estimated in your unit: booked estimates, signed cases, or contribution margin.
- One customer is worth at least a few thousand dollars to you.
- You have an offer that already closes when the right person sees it.
- You are spending on paid traffic, or about to, and want to know where it leaks.
- A customer is worth under about $1,000. The math does not work, and we will not pretend it does.
- You do not have a proven offer yet. Fix that first; an audit will only confirm it.
- Your goal is brand awareness. This is built to lower what a customer costs, not to buy reach.
Two steps: tell us the shape of the business, then pick a time.
We read every submission before the call. It takes about a minute.
Score your four layers before the call.
Eight questions, no email required. It will not replace the audit, but it will tell you which layer to worry about first.
Score your own four layers.
Eight questions across Traffic, Convert, Handle, and Measure. You get a score per layer plotted on the system diagram, your weakest layer named, and what to do about it. No email required to see the result.
The Funnel Leak Audit, answered.
What exactly do I get?
An audit of all four layers, delivered as a scored report: a score per layer on your own system diagram, the single biggest leak named, and what fixing it is worth in your unit.
Do you need access to my accounts?
Yes. To measure the truth we need read access to your ad accounts, analytics, and tracking setup. Data access is a condition of the audit, because an audit without the data is a guess.
What if the audit finds we are in good shape?
Then we tell you, and you have your answer. Saying there is no big leak is a valid and honest outcome. We would rather tell you that than sell you a build you do not need.
How is this different from a free agency audit?
A free audit is a sales pitch with a foregone conclusion. This is real diagnostic work that ends in a scored report and a number, whether or not you ever work with us again.
